All products must be returned in the condition you received it - with hang tags attached and inside the original packaging, unused - within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Please allow 7-10 days for us to process your return once we receive the item. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Always obtain your return label shipment receipt with tracking # for your return shipments. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item less any shipping and handling charges. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than ful.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase.
Please email us your return tracking number with your RA number to expedite your return processing.
